Fees are quoted before treatment begins, not after, and are payable in Malaysian ringgit. Singapore schemes such as CHAS and MediSave do not apply here. If you are between dental practices, we are happy to take over your routine care and pull your history across.

Accessibility and parking

The clinic is on the ground floor of Plaza Prisma Villa, at street level. Parking is available at the plaza. Wheelchair users can reach the treatment rooms without stairs. If you need help getting in, call ahead on +60 11-5673 9132 and we will meet you.

What happens at your first visit

1. A full examination of your teeth, gums and bite, plus a check of the soft tissues.
2. X-rays only where they will change what we do, so we can see between and beneath the teeth.
3. A written plan with costs, ranked by what is urgent and what can wait.
4. Treatment on the day where time allows, or a booking that suits your schedule.

Bring your NRIC, any subsidy cards, and insurance details if you plan to claim. If you are in pain, say so when you book and we will find you the earliest slot rather than the next routine one.
